6. Orders and Transactions

Users may place bulk orders for products listed by the vendors on Mandee Now. Once an order is placed, it is considered an offer to purchase the products. The order will only be confirmed when the vendor accepts it. Payments for orders must be made through the available payment methods in the app. Any taxes, shipping, or delivery fees will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without notice. Prices listed on Mandee Now do not include any applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other fees, unless stated otherwise. Payments must be made through the available payment gateways provided in the app. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount.

8. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times and shipping fees depend on the vendor and the shipping address. Mandee Now is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping, as we rely on third-party carriers for delivery services. Delivery tracking information will be provided when available.

9. Returns and Refunds

Refunds and returns are subject to the vendor’s return policy, which will be specified at the time of purchase. For any issues related to defective products, incorrect orders, or disputes, users must contact the vendor directly through the app.

10. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that:

11. Mandee Now’s Role
