At MandeeNow, we strive to provide high-quality iron, copper, cement, and mineral products with reliable delivery. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations, returns, and refunds are allowed.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch from our warehouse/supplier.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
MandeeNow reserves the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or regulatory restrictions.
If we cancel an order, any payment received will be fully refunded.
Due to the nature of bulk commodities, returns are limited to specific cases:
Wrong product supplied.
Damaged goods received at delivery.
Quality/grade mismatch (subject to testing and verification).
Conditions:
Buyer must raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery.
Goods must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
MandeeNow reserves the right to inspect goods before approving a return/replacement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer/UPI/net banking).
If payment was made through a third-party gateway, processing timelines depend on the payment provider.
Refunds will not include shipping/transportation costs unless the error was from our side.
Bulk cement, minerals, and metals once delivered and accepted at site.
Customized or special-grade orders.
Goods purchased under clearance or special pricing.
All disputes related to refunds, cancellations, or returns will first be addressed by MandeeNow’s customer support team.
If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
