Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Wrong product supplied.
Damaged or defective goods received at the time of delivery.
Quality/grade mismatch (verified by inspection and/or testing).
A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Goods must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as received.
All original documents (invoice, delivery receipt, test certificates, if applicable) must be provided.
MandeeNow reserves the right to verify and inspect the returned goods before approval.
Cement, minerals, and metals purchased in bulk and accepted at site.
Customized or special-grade products made to order.
Products sold under clearance, discounted, or non-returnable categories.

Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
If approved, the goods must be returned to the designated warehouse/supplier location as instructed.
Once the return is verified and accepted, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer/UPI/net banking).
Shipping/transportation costs are non-refundable unless the error was from MandeeNow’s side.
This Return Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
